Yes you heard it right, we have decided to work with carefully selected clients for their B-school applications and charge them only when they successfully receive an interview invite or an admit offer from the school, else we will refund the service fees.

We are fully committed to deliver to our promise and refund all fees if our clients don’t get the desired results. That is why we only work with a limited number of carefully selected clients.

We select clients based on a detailed profile evaluation and mutual understanding of client’s profile, career goals and colleges being targeted.

If for some reason, we believe that we may not be able to help an aspirant get into the desired school with a particular GMAT score or profile, we may have to politely decline to onboard the aspirant as a client. Please accept our sincere apologies in advance.

We offer refunds on our service fees if we are not able to help the client achieve the desired results. If we help clients on their application prep then the desired outcome we look for is an interview invite and for interview prep services we aspire to help the client secure an Admit offer. If the desired results are not achieved we will refund the service fee.

For FT Top 10 schools refund is only 50%.

For all other schools we offer 100% refund.

In order to claim the refund clients would have to submit the official rejection E-mail from school or give us access to your application portal for verification purposes.

Agreement and Security deposit:

Before we start working, you would need to make a security deposit in our account for the consulting services being rendered as a form of accepting the agreement. If you get an interview call from your desired B-school we will accept this security deposit as a payment and if you do not get an interview invite we will refund you the deposit as agreed upon. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!

Brain Storming (Skype calls):

We start with couple of hours of brain storming. It is the time to explore the depth of your professional experience and to find out the quality experiences which can be crafted into outstanding stories. We utilise the brainstorming call to discuss the specific content for each essay for the chosen school. After we agree on a plan of action, the applicant will start drafting the essays.

Essay Drafts and Editting:

In the initial rounds, we focus on the building blocks – strategy, structure, positioning, consistency. Be prepared to have your original draft ripped apart (remember that we are in this together) and tons of suggestions that you can incorporate in the essays before you send back the updated draft. We leave the final round for polishing.

Reco Reviews:

Recommendations are one of the most critical parts of a well rounded application. Along with the essays we will start working on the recommendations and guide you on whom to choose as your recommenders. We wait till 2 drafts of the essays have been completed before initiating the recommendation reviews. This is to ensure that the content is aligned across your application.

Resume Review:

Resume is the last and final piece of your application. We will start the resume review process in parallel with the essay reviews and make sure all the content on your resume is aligned with the achievement we are highlighting in the application stories. We will work together to make sure everything fits in and portrays one awesome personality.

Application Submission and Interview Call:

Once your essays, resume and recommendations are ready, we will submit your application and request you to send us the final PDF of your entire application. If you get an interview invite from the B-school we will keep the security deposit as a payment for consulting services rendered or else we will issue a refund as agreed upon.

Interview Prep and Admit Offer:

Once you receive an interview invite, we would again sign a new agreement and security deposit. Your interview prep would include 1 call for helping you craft your answer to most common questions and 2 mock interviews of 30 mins each with feedback sessions. If you get a final call from the school we will keep the security deposit as a payment or else you will get a 100% refund.
